A Quick Fish Recipe

I am always intimidated when it comes to making fish, but this one is easy and turned out well, so, I thought I'd share

Dover Sole

Ingredients

Sole (about a half pound per person)
Dredge in Flour w/salt and pepper – I added paprika too
Fry in Butter – a couple minutes per side
Squeeze lemon over the fish
Sprinkle with dill weed



Yum!
