Okay – this is about as easy as it gets and provides great leftovers. Always a family favorite – Mostaccoili!
Here is how I do it:
1.) Chop and Sautee: Green Pepper, Onion, Mushroom
2.) Brown 1 lb of Italian Sausage
3.) Boil 1 box of Mostaccoilli.
4.) Mix it all together in a bowl – add salt, pepper, oregano and about a ½ cup of Parmesan Cheese
5.) Dump it into a baking dish – cover with mozzarella cheese and bake until the cheese melts
Viola!
